Unfortunately, we’re unable to reserve stock for you until we’ve received payment. Once your order has been placed, the stock is then reserved for up to 2 weeks.

To see our prices, log in or register for a new account. It’s free of charge to create a trade account and all of our case prices etc. VAT and stock availability will be displayed. Unfortunately, we cannot offer further discounts from the prices displayed on our website. If you would like to discuss this further then please contact us directly by email at info@thetrulysimple.co.uk

As we buy and sell by the case, we’re unable to provide samples of products unless a case is purchased and paid for.

We do not offer sale-or-return on any of our products.

All orders outside Mainland UK will incur a delivery charge which is calculated on the number of parcels, the dimensions, and the overall total weight. Once your order has been placed and processed by our warehouse, we will be in touch with your delivery quote.

We accept payment by:
• UK registered Credit/Debit cards,
• PayPal
• BACS payment / Faster Payments (Bank Transfer)
• Cheque
Please note that when making payment by BACS or cheque, your order will be dispatched only when payment is fully cleared.

When placing your first order, if you would like delivery to a different delivery address, we recommend that payment is made by either PayPal or BACS as unfortunately, we are only able to deliver to the cardholder’s billing address when paying by Credit / Debit card.
